The load can’t travel without its paperwork. When you send SB-20 covered electronic waste to a recycler, the load has to carry its source documentation — the CalRecycle 198 collection logs, the sublogs behind anything that came in from another collector, the CalRecycle 197 transfer receipt and its California source declaration. Today that package gets assembled by hand from a Drive folder. Tayr builds it from the same records that produced the material, and won’t let it leave with a hole in it.
